We collect only what we need to deliver resources, process purchases, support users, and operate the marketplace. We do not sell personal information.
1. Information you choose to share
When you request a free checklist or marketing updates, we collect your email address, consent choice, signup source, and the date of that choice. When you contact us, we receive the information in your message. Trainer applications may include business and professional details you submit.
2. Purchases and payouts
Stripe processes buyer payments and trainer onboarding. SitShakePlay receives transaction identifiers, purchase details, payment status, delivery evidence, and limited account status information needed to operate the marketplace. We do not receive or store full card or bank-account numbers.
3. How signup information is used
We use a checklist signup to provide the requested resource and, only when you explicitly consent, to send the five-part rescue-dog welcome sequence and occasional relevant SitShakePlay updates. You may unsubscribe at any time. An unsubscribe stops the remaining marketing sequence; necessary purchase and support messages are handled separately.
4. Storage and service providers
Signup and sequence-status records are stored as private records with our hosting and storage providers. Resend processes subscribed email addresses and delivers or schedules the messages requested through the form. Stripe processes buyer payments and trainer onboarding. We limit signup records to email, consent evidence, source, timestamps, delivery identifiers, and preference status; we do not add the visitor’s IP address or browser user-agent to that record.
5. Retention and your choices
We retain order and delivery records for marketplace operations, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Marketing records are kept until you unsubscribe, ask for deletion, or they are no longer needed. To request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@sitshakeplay.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law.
6. Security and children
We use access controls, private storage, secure connections, and third-party payment infrastructure designed to reduce unnecessary exposure. No system is perfectly secure. SitShakePlay is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
