1. When a purchase becomes final

A digital purchase becomes final when its guide, video, worksheet, audio file, course, or other purchased material is delivered, opened, streamed, or downloaded. Please review the product description, format, requirements, and included materials before purchasing.

2. Limited exceptions

We will review a refund request when:

• the same item was charged more than once;
• the purchased material was not delivered or cannot be accessed;
• the file is materially defective and neither SitShakePlay nor the trainer can provide a working replacement;
• the transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent; or
• a refund is required by applicable law.

We may first offer troubleshooting, a corrected file, or replacement access when that fully resolves the problem.

3. Requesting help

Email hello@sitshakeplay.com with the purchaser’s email address, guide title, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. Contacting us first gives us the best opportunity to correct delivery problems quickly.

4. Checkout and delivery records

To protect buyers, trainers, and the marketplace, SitShakePlay records the refund-policy version and acceptance time with the Stripe transaction. We may also record when the paid delivery page is first and most recently accessed and the number of access attempts. These records contain transaction and access evidence—not a buyer’s training activity or the contents of downloaded materials.

5. Bank disputes

This policy does not remove rights available through a card issuer or payment provider. If a charge is disputed, SitShakePlay may provide the product description, policy disclosure, payment record, communication history, and delivery-access evidence to Stripe and the relevant financial institution.

6. Approved refunds

Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank processing times vary. SitShakePlay does not issue refunds to a different card, bank account, wallet, or person.
